The Club Golf day Fundraiser

Bailgate Rotary Club held a Charity Golf day at Lincoln Golf Centre, Thorpe on the Hill near Lincoln. Twelve teams of 4 players each took part on a glorious sunny autumns day. Teams played 9 holes before consuming a delicious full english breakfast provided by the staff of The Oaks cafe followed by a further 9 holes. A raflle was also held on the day with numerous donated prizes. In all, over £750 was raised for 2 designated local charities ‘Sailability’ and ‘EDAN Lincs’. Prizes to the winning team and ‘nearest the pin’ winner were presented by Club President Allan Orient.
